Latest Jeep Models Earn Accolades For Innovation, Styling

Jeep was recognized on the "Best SUV Lineup" for the second consecutive year at the 2022 Newsweek Auto Awards.

Also, three Jeep models received top honors in their respective categories: 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2022 Wagoneer and 2022 Grand Wagoneer.

The vehicle’s 4x4 capability, high towing capacities, comfortable seating rows, a gamut of entertainment options and proactive driver-assist technology were highlighted as standout features for the Jeep SUVs.

"To be recognized by Newsweek that the Jeep brand is the ‘Best SUV Brand’ for two years in a row is a testament to what we set out to do every day—deliver the best, most capable SUVs," said Jim Morrison, Jeep vice president.

The 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee was awarded the "Best Two-Row SUV." in its category. It comes with all-new architecture, plug-in hybrid powertrain and industry-first technologies in the two-row size SUV segment.

Wagoneer was recognized as "Best Premium SUV" and offers spacious seating for eight passengers. It delivers a best-in-class cargo volume behind the third row and a towing capacity of 10,000 Ibs.

Grand Wagoneer picked the "Best Full-Size SUV" accolade for advanced technological innovations such as a 10.25-inch front passenger interactive screen, a rear-seat monitoring camera, windshield head-up display and frameless digital cluster.

All three vehicles are fitted with the Uconnect 5 in-car technology system, which offers fast operating speeds, seamless cell phone customization and a plethora of infotainment services.
